Greetings, It appears that on Wednesday, Microsoft pushed out Windows 10 Cumulative Update KB3093266. It appears to include the performance fixes that are also found in the latest Insider build 10547. If you are using a standard Windows 10 installation, KB3093266 should vastly improve system performance once applied.
