Don, Bring up the settings window with Windows-I. From there, choose "Recovery." As you Tab, you'll find two buttons labeled 'Get Started." The first is to reset your current Windows installation, and the second is to begin rolling back to the previous version. While I have not gone through this step myself, my understanding is that if you had Windows 10 RTM and updated to and Insider build, rolling back will effectively put you back on RTM. If in doubt, I recommend calling the Microsoft Disability Answer Desk for clarification.
Also remember to unenroll your device from the insider program once you are back to RTM.
