Hi Chris,
I cannot give you advice regarding iTunes settings. Other than
iTunes, what difficulties are you experiencing regarding audible and
their books.
I used to use Audible on a Windows XP platform though I have not used
them on Windows for years now. But perhaps I can assist you somehow.
