Greetings. Unless you are having extremely bad luck, Window-Eyes doesn't need anything done to it.
It really does depend upon the interface between Audible's software and iTunes. For instance - Itunes versions 12.x require the pc to be reauthorised for audible. The Audible Download Manager requires a button to be checked to allow for importing of downloads into iTunes. I found in the end that Audible's phone consultation was the best approach, and because I live outside the U.S., I used skype. They use a Citrix based application to login to your machine, and for me, Window-Eyes chatted away very happily as the consultant discussed with me what he was doing and what he required me to do. A note: there seems to be two levels of consultant - the person who checks with you that recommended steps have been taken, and the more technicaly skilled person who takes over if the first person is unsuccessful. Good luck. If not, I will be doing a phone consult with them. In case the consult is needed, I would like to have my settings changed to the best ones for Window Eyes and iTunes to get along and display the library the best way possible. If some might give me some tips on what to change from default to display music, videos, and books, those are the only types of media I have added so far and the only ones I plan on dealing with until my audiobook problem is fixed. Any help greatly appreciated.
