Subject: Kindle for PC
Has anyone on this list gotten the accessible Kindle for PC program to work
at all? When I open the program, nothing is displayed. The only thing the
mouse sees is Register Kindle”. The Alt key produces nothing; arrow keys don’t
work. With a few lucky key presses, I can sometimes get the minue items to
read with Control_Numpad5. Occasionally, I get some library items to
display, but I can do nothing with them. Not to mention the fact that I can’t
get my PC registered. To make matters worse, I couldn’t understand the
Amazon rep because of her accent and was unable to do what she was asking.
