Is this a Dectalk USB or a Dectalk express? The only Dectalk I am aware of that uses a driver in Windows is the USB on a USB port. Having said that, I'm currently using a tripletalk USB and have had a Dectalk USB connected when running Windows 10 with no loss of driver.
