It is a Deck-talk Express with a fdti cable that has a driver.
The update to windows 10 kept eracing it.
I contacted the Microsoft disabilities desk and the rep told me it was a
conflict with the update.
There were no drivers for Windows 10.

The only Dectalk I am aware of that uses a driver in Windows is the USB on a
USB port.
Having said that, I'm currently using a tripletalk USB and have had a
Dectalk USB connected when running Windows 10 with no loss of driver.
