But it has to be a numberpad with a numlock. From what I understand, some people have computers with numberpads that don't have a numlock. Pam.

I would imagine just make sure your new Del has a num pad. Otherwise you'll
have to use an external num pad.

I know in the past, I have not had a lot of luck with keeping external num
pads working correctly. So I always get a computer with a num pad built in.
It might make the lap top a little larger but it is worth it.
