Is this Edsharp editor still works under windows 10, because as far as I know, 
it is no longer maintained, please correct me if I'm wrong.

A good and free text editor is Edsharp from the Empowerment Zone.  It has
been written for blind users and has more options than you will ever use in
a couple of life times.

I have been using it for years and years.
