Hi. I must say that trying to download the Window-eyes 9.3 has been an exercise in patience. Of course, the day's not over yet. After each attempt to download the upgrade has failed due to the servers being jammed, I have shouted choice words which I will not put into this e-mail. Use your imagination folks I have yet to miss installing a Window-eyes upgrade on the day of release. Have patience folks. .
