I got the same message about not being able to upgrade my installation of 9.2. I haven't tried to download again. Something ain't right!

I am having persistent frustrating trouble upgrading to 9.3. After finally completing the download and running the installer, I get two error dialogues: the first says that the installer cannot create a license; the second says that this copy of Window-eyes cannot be upgraded. I have since reinstalled 9.2.1, but the errors do not change. If I attempt to download a fresh copy of the upgrade, I receive the cryptic error: Áccess denied; contact AI Squared." I assume that I've attempted to download the upgrade too many times and that my online records need to be reset from AI Squared's side. But what about the upgrade's apparent inability to install over my copy of Window-eyes? The check for update dialogue reports the correct version, my two remaining SMA counts and the option to download 9.3. So, the installer is obviously checking and not finding information about my installation that Window-eyes actually contains. Bottom line, how can I resolve this and begin enjoying 9.3?
