Hi Matthew, I assume you're using a WE 9.2 CD since nothing earlier will work.

When I tried to run Window-Eyes at the desktop, the sound card got stuck and I had to shut the machine off. When I restarted the computer, I got the Windows 7 sound, the Window-Eyes sound, and nothing happened. With sighted help, I was able to restore the previous build, and now it's working. Is there something I'm missing? Why won't the CD spin up when I insert it? Is there something else I need to do?
