Yes, that is exactly what I meant about the deadline for the free
upgrade to W10. W7 will be around for some time yet.

I was thinking he meant until the free Windows 10 upgrade would no longer be
available, which is I think in July 2016. Could be wrong though.

There is no deadline.
You can keep Windows 7 at least until January 2020.
Don't let anybody tell you otherwise.

Hi Rick,
I haven't done the modification yet, but have you used Control-Shift-B
repeatedly until you hear Full screen or, at least, Active Window to be
certain that your mouse pointer is not being limited in its movement?
Hth,
Rod

Subject: Re: make Firefox Thunderbird mouse accessible
Hello all, I am running windows 10 64 bit with window eyes 9.3 and I
made the changes in Thunderbird that Nevel gave to the list and it sort
of helped. When I open an email and use the mouse it will only read two
lines of text and that is all. If I go from one letter to the next by
pressing the 4 key or the 6 key it will read all the letters in those
two lines and that is all. I am using the latest t bird as well. So it
looks like that there will have to be some work done to make the mouse
accessible in fire fox and t bird. Thanks Rick

This should be put on the knowledge base.

Thanks so much Neville. I had taken the first 2 steps, but the third
one
has proved crucial in getting some mouse access back.
Best wishes
