I would think remote access if it produced the same problem would be safer and less ware and tare on the computer too.

The first time after GW was sure it was a Windows problem not a WE issue they finally asked me to send them my desktop tower. I did just that and after they investigated the problem it was indeed a Window Eyes problem and they sent back my desktop with a modified version of WE that resolved the issue. More recent right after the release of Windows 10 I was experiencing a terrible lag issue while using file explorer. Again Ai Squared suggested I send them my laptop and they kept it for about 5 days investigating the issue. This time it seemed to be a Windows 10 issue and they could not resolve the issue. The next major update to Windows 10 resolved the issue.
