Tony,
If you need an immediate response from tech support, I would recommend calling 
during business hours. Also, we would never ignore a customer's support 
request. Emails can get lost, blocked, etc. So, again, if you have an urgent 
need, just give us a call. Please note that Ai Squared will be closed on Monday 
in observance of Presidents Day.
