Hi:

There is a program that is very accessible called GWX Control Panel.

It will help you get rid of the Get Windows 10 app and help keep it off as
well.

I have it on my wife's Windows 8.1 laptop so she doesn't get bothered by the
Windows 10 update and it has worked very well.

Hi,
The update, KB3035583, came back in my update list after I hid it 2 dtimes.
This is the third time I have hidden it.
It put the Get Windows 10 icon in my systray.
Once I uninstalled it the icon is gone again.
Thought you all would like to know.
