I suppose so. LOL. This is a new machine I'm using, new to me at any rate.
It's had Windows 10 on it for at least the last few months but only had
Window-Eyes installed for a couple weeks.

None at the moment. This machine had Norton Antivirus but I removed it since
I'm going to switch to AVG. I just haven't gotten around to that. I even
tried uninstalling and reinstalling WE and even that didn't fix the problem.
About all that did was remove the unique serial number I'd gotten before
purchasing an Eloquence license to use with this version of WE.

A few days back I wrote about a problem with Word 2010 where WE
would not read a document withe arrow keys or even the mouse
pointer. I was told to run Diagnostics, repair the Windows 10
display driver and reboot. After doing this twice the problem
persists. Needless to say I'm now stumped.
