It also happens on Win 10 Pro with all the latest updates installed. So,
unfortunately that's not the case.

if we want to keep current, we need to adapt to the changes that are
coming. Smart phone users have been getting updates forced on to them
by saying these are security improvements and that same philosophy has
now come to Windows. For myself, I'm forging forward and speaking out

it is starting to work a little. I can now tab from link to link,
but the arrow keys still do not speak. The only browser in which
the mouse keys work is still Internet Explorer and that's why that
