Hi Chris,

Thanks so much for the information about updating my iPhone for the best
results from the Alexa app. You give me hope. Now I know why it doesn't work
well and I can't go to the next page easily.
Also, since my husband is a computer IT guy, I think that he will be able to
update it to Windows 10 for me. That is, when he has time. You know that old
saying about the cobbler's children, Smile. After it is installed, I will go
from there.

Paulette

Hi. In my experience, going directly from Windows 7 to 10
has not yielded the best results. Lots of people have trouble when
doing the upgrade. Have no fear, though. If you're having trouble with
the Alexa app on your iPhone, you'll need to upgrade to iOS 9.3.2 which
is the latest version.

You should then be able to access most things, although admittedly
I'm having trouble accessing some of the sounds Alexa makes when asking
a question. It simply will not work no matter what screenreader I'm
using. It should be fixed in the next firmware update, though. Trust
me there are workarounds for this. I also do have to say, though that I
have a brand new Windows 10 machine here and it is running extremely
smooth indeed. sSo if you're going to get Windows 10, it is best to get
it on a brand new computer.
