Brice, Then you might want to check out the text book that I suggested for a more in depth look at using Windows 10. Regarding limitations of reviewing the screen with the mouse pointer, this is related to the evolution of display technologies in Windows. It is becoming more difficult for screen readers to create an accurate off screen model in modern operating systems and applications. And the of screen model is one of the key parts of mouse review functionality in Window- Eyes. New accessibility APIs like UIA have the potential to enable similar mouse review functionality, but until this technology fully matures, using the mouse well be hit and miss. And, I don't think there is anything you can do to make your computer run flawlessly. A more realistic goal is to have a PC that is stable and responsive most of the time. Regarding the ribbon, you are certainly entitled to your opinion. But, there are many people that are using the ribbon very successfully after learning the ropes. T o quote the Greek philosopher Heraclitus: "The only constant in this world is change." Best of luck. Marc
