have you looked in windows update?
there may be a driver under optional updates. thats where video and audio
drivers would be.
Unfortunately, not all computers are able to be upgraded to Windows
10. I have one machine, for example, which does not have an OEM display
driver updated for Windows 10. Hence, I am stuck on Windows 7 with no updates
having been received ince the end of April.Rajiv

Two important updates were available for Windows 7 today. I have the
fastest residential internet service from Comcast. I am wondering why
downloading these updates has been in progress for several hours. Last
week, thirteen important updates took almost six hours to download and
