David and Vaughn,
Can either of you confirm that this behavior is specific to Window-Eyes. I ask 
because it is possible that the form controls are not implemented in a 
compliant and accessible way. 
Also, if you can share a publicly available combo box that exhibits this 
behavior, we could better investigate the issue.
