Personally I use QRead to read .pdf files. It does a nice job and my favorite feature is it will place you back in the document you were in when you last opened it. You can also use screen reader familiar commands to move between headings etc in the file.
Not sure what it would do with a pdf that has a form in it. At present, it seems that I am only set up to read one page at a time, and although I should be able to use the right and left arrow keys to move from page to page, it doesn't seem to be working that way for me. Of course, I really don't think I want to use the reader in that way for obvious reasons. I prefer to use arrows to move between characters and words like with any other reader. Maybe I'll break down and just get QRead and just avoid the whole mess. Anyway, thanks for looking into this matter for me.
