I'll take a stab at this.  First, I assume that you are arrowing down 
through the headings to each email.  Once you find an email you want to 
open, you click enter.  At that point, Browse Mode automatically turns 
on.  I generally read my emails hitting the page down key.  Regardless, 
you can certainly use the arrow keys.  Once you come upon a URL 
(remember, there is no link otherwise Window-eyes would say "link"), 
make sure your cursor is on the letter H (as in http:).  Press f8, and 
then right arrow until you get to the last letter of that URL.  Actually 
you are better off right arrowing a little past the URL to ensure you 
are copying the entire URL. After you finish arrowing, hit f8 again and 
read your options.  Then finally hit enter and it will say copy to 
clipboard.  Email me off list if you still have issues.
