Hello Hui: Microsoft prefers that you get a Windows10 OS flavor laptop. If you know for sure that Windows10 software drivers are available for your peripherals, then this might be a good choice for you. I have heard that Windows8 software drivers for various peripherals do work in Windows10.
If there is a concern that software drivers for your peripherals may not be available for Windows10, then run with Windows7. Windows7 is still good till 2020 anyway. So, essentially, the choice is yours depending on your needs and these you have to carefully evaluate. Hope this has been a bit helpful.
