Oh remember how I emailed you off list about the problem that I was having with the emails not reading automatically? ...problem fixed! ...I called AI Squared and they walked me through it by going to the add-ins, disabling the ones that I don't want, and re-inabling the outlook enhanced add-in, uninstalling and reinstalling the outlook enhanced app.

I learned this by making a copy of a local Word document within my local folder, renaming it, opening it, clearing out its contents, editing and saving it again, and, presto, I have a new local document.
