all you have to do is open the privacy setting and turn everything off. and do
not use a microsoft account to log in.
even cortana can be turned off now. it can still be used for operations on the
local computer. like loading apps or changeing windows settings
the problem is everything is going to the cloud. office 365 ,one drive,outlook
etc. with these you have to use a microsoft account to log onto these programs
to retrieve your data stored on line.
