Hi, 1. Go to apps/app status and turn off apps. 2. reboot. 3. when the system comes back up go back into the Window-eyes control panel Alt-f, e. When the list of files comes up, backspace. 4. arrow to default and press f2 to rename it. Call it old default. 5. restart Window-eyes.
