Hmm, I'm not sure how to help. My guess is to register Window-Eyes, or do
the custom install.

Subject: Window-Eyes free edition

I have a friend who recently installed the Microsoft 365 package on her
computer. She has also installed the free version of Window-Eyes which
should give her a fully functioning version of the programme. However, it
will only run in Demo mode. Is there a way to correct this short of
reinstalling.
Many thanks in advance.
