I do Alt F separately but when I do a T, nothing happens. It doesn't even
ding at me.

Bob,
I haven't looked at WLM in a few years, so I'm going from memory. From the
inbox, press Alt-F, T to open the WLM options. Next, go to the Mail tab, and
look for an option that says something to the effect of, "show an envelope
icon when new mail arrives." Uncheck it, hit Enter to accept the change, and
you should be all set.
If that doesn't work or you can't locate the option, I recommend pingging
the Microsoft Disability Answer Desk for help. They can be reached at (800)
936-5900.

Disabling the option to have new mail notifications appear in the system
tray in WLM itself should fix this.

Ever since installing the latest version of WE, when ever I am reading or
writing a WLM email,or doing work using Word, when ever a new email comes
in, WE loses focus and goes somewhere else. I have to fish around,
especially if I have several windows open, in order to find and continue my
work.
Why is this? Is there any way to stop
