Google's great for this. For example in a google search put in nvda dec
access and results will be there. I wonder if Google would have a
result explaining how Dec Access for NVDA relates in any way to Window-Eyes.

As far as NVDA voices I am currently using the Access32 add on and NVDA
sounds just like WE with the Decaccess32 voice for Window Eyes.
