I appreciate your trying to assist me. I am using the key pad right next to the keyboard. I have windows 10 and am using Microsoft word 2016. This computer is just about t o turn a year old. I’m trying to figure out if this is a window eyes glitch or if my documents are corrupt. A sighted man looked at this, and for him, it will read the documents with the mouse, but not with the arrow keys. Dummy me forgot that Window-eyes would not assist me with their free window-eyes. I guess it is time to become legit.
