Hi Larry!
I have been using touch screens for arou 5 to 6 years and yes at first
it was rather difficult. But I did eventually get use to them-now to
the point that I have little or no difficulty using them at all! It is
just a mattewr of searching around until you find what you want and you
should make some attempt to memorize the layout of the screen that you
are using. For example the dial pad is layed out the same as it is on a
standard touchtone pad so that shouldn't take much getting use to, but
there are many other layouts which do take a bit of getting use to. Be
patient and try to do as much exploring as you can since I believe this
familiarizes you quicker with the layouts. I am certain you can get
things figured out! Good Luck! & Have A Good 1! de

OK folks, I've been wanting to ask this for a long time. Not having
ever attempted to use a tablet, iPhone or any other touch screen
device, I realize just how stupid this question might sound, but bear
with me, OK?
I just want to know how a blind user like myself avoids becoming a
hunt and pecker when trying to type on a touch screen. There
obviously can't be anything like home keys, or a easily
recognizable home base for the fingers, so short of having to buy
and use a bluetooth keyboard, how do you guys who make use of these
screens do it?
Please be nice <smile>.
