If you have a USB headset you can tell Window-eyes to put the speech through the USB headset. Just make sure to set your internal card as the default card, this way your sounds will play on the computer and your speech will play through the USB headset.

I don't think so Georges, assuming you want to be using your speakers
for something else while you're listening to your speech on headphones.
If you don't want to be able to route something through the speakers,
while you're listening to your speech through headphones, then inserting
your headphone jack will probably mute the speakers anyway.
