Hi, I'm using Windows 10 and I've got my WE coming through some wireless headphones plugged in with just a little USB sensor, and my regular computer sound, TV shows, etc comes through the HDMI cable to the HD TV.

I don't think so Georges, assuming you want to be using your speakers
for something else while you're listening to your speech on headphones.
If you don't want to be able to route something through the speakers,
while you're listening to your speech through headphones, then inserting
your headphone jack will probably mute the speakers anyway.
