Hi Ramona, I ran into the same problem you did. The first message read without a hitch but that was it. I couldn't get WE to read the next or subsequent messages. The rest of the program is, as you say, pretty accessible but it's no good if you can't read messages. I gave it up as a bad job in the end and went to Outlook 2016. Sorry not to be more helpful.
