Hi Tom, Seems we're not allowed to make money. I offer the service for people who want to get up and running quickly with their screen reader, without asking endless questions. Yes, of course it's all out there for free, but why not even unsubscribe from this list and just use the inbuilt JAWS help? I think the more services there are, the better, whether free or not.
