OK folks, my experience is now just like Michael described. I put in my online request yesterday late morning got a confirmation email by mid afternoon got my invoice this morning and got my download instructions and activation code this afternoon when I got home from work. All told, must have been no more than 36 hours for the complete process. Each email did come from someone different if that is helpful to you.
