Hi:

I just know it sometimes doesn't want to read the screen as well with the
numpad as before, but, that may be a windows 10 thing overall.

But, I'm not getting that dreaded set of beeps at launch.

Time will tell.

When you say "it should still give you some functionality" it sounds like
you've lost a lot. I'm running Windows 10 Creators and aren't having any
problems. Care to clarify? I haven't had the time (or desire) to even begin
tackling JAWS or NVDA in any serious manner.
