Hi tom Firstly thanks for the narrator explanation. Now I don't know if you can help me. I have been trying to do the last major updates since last week. By doing the normal procedure. First I'm doing the update by using the restart from the desktop as usual, then after that I'm rebooting it from the secure updates. i have been doing this evry ten minutes for the last few days. Evrytime I do it, I get a notification saying that the updates couldn't be finished. I don't know what else I should do now. Thanks in advance Anthony
