Whenever I go to the keyboard settings it says toggle button I have to hit enter twice to hear for example voice global toggle scope. Why? I am using windows 10 version 1709 my it. Guy just reimaged the machine and the problem isn't fixed. Why? If anyone can figure it out call me tomorrow at 2128021633 8:am 4:pm edt. Thanks this is really annoying me.
