When I am in the keyboard menu and I go to voice and hit the tab key I hear
toggle only in order to hear voice global toggle scope I must hit the enter
key twice why? This happens when there is a toggle involved no matter which
menu you are in. this happens with 1709 windows version that I am using a t
work at home doesn't happen use ver 1803 and in fact never happened on my home
machine. If you can help me fix the problem please call me 2128021633

In this case, the toggle button will rotate you between global and app
settings. If you choose global, your settings will be applied to all setfiles.
