You have been so helpful. It's thanks to people like you and tom and many
others on this list tha I have been able to keep going with Window-Eyes. I
have refused to update to Windows 10 for now, at least and am still using
Windows 8.1 which serves my purposes. Maybe if I hear that the new Narrator
is really useful, I might update to Windows 10.

Hi Richard,
It is possible that you have outdated versions of some of the default
Window-Eyes apps.
Unfortunately, the App Central app repository seems to be off-line at
present, and so I have placed a zip archive containing the default
Window-Eyes apps in my DropBox.
From within this archive, I recommend installing Office Enhanced and Outlook
Enhanced just to be certain you have the most up to date versions of these
apps.

In this case, the toggle button will rotate you between global and app
settings. If you choose global, your settings will be applied to all
setfiles.
