Another way to get into safe mode is to use msconfig if you can get into 
windows.  I did some looking on line and found a .reg file that turns sound on 
for nvda, so I assume this should work with w e as well, although it is built 
into w e.  The file is Activate_Sound_in_Win10_Safe_Mode.zip
It is on shellworld.
It is a reg file.
To get the file you want, go to the link below and hit enter on that file.
