Oh perversity! They've put a "&rsquo" on their web page (which is what you get if you copy & paste) rather than a simple apostophe, which simply isn't what you would type on a keyboard and rather undermines the test. I could make this work, but honestly is it worth it? I suppose I'd better. Of course, if you copy and paste from your (plain text) message, it works.
