I omit units because I feel they are implied for the _world_. Map features, unless it has been changed since, takes the view that, for instance, width and maxspeed are understood to be in m and km/h. Subsequent discussion has decided that units should be permitted, and there are many opinions for or against this, but let's be careful in our definitions of normality...
