For the type of food, there is the 'cuisine' tag; 'cusine=italian' for example.
I would agree with the: 'sit to order' => restaurant 'stand to order' => fast_food 'daytime only' => cafe?? In addition if the place is a chain/franchise, I also add the 'operator' and (if know, normally on receipt) 'ref=store_number'. Also if know; 'phone', 'URL' and any pertainant 'note'.
