So we have 4 different solutions each with their own pros and cons : * Relation:restriction which requires many ways to be split (and remain split). * Relation:xrestriction which does not allow segments near junctions to be split. * from/to_direction=forwards/backwards which does not allow ways to be reversed. * from/to_direction=azimuth_angle which will only work if the user or the editor can provide approximate angles. Anyone feels like choosing one and writing a user friendly visual editor ?
