I see your point in calling ukrainian the only official language but I have to say that for hundreds of years now politics might change borders and languages but as long as the citizen are not forced to leave, it does not change them. Regarding Switzerland, there is one language missing and I thought I have seen multi-lingual sign there, too, especially in the south-east with Rhaeto-Romance as one language.
