+1 It would be nice to have an update on how things are progressing, what the remaining obstacles are to completing the license change, and an estimated time scale for this to be completed. If it's likely to take a while before OSMF is in a position to release the database under ODbL, then services that have been holding off on importing fresh data, might re-consider and do an intermediate update in the mean time. (In particular, I'd be interested to known when taginfo [1] will be able to re-import an ODbL database and resume its updates.) Robert.
